Balti dishes traditionally originated from the north of India. Prepared in a special iron pan that holds a huge array of flavours, ensuring the full flavour delivered, cooked in mixed peppers, tomatoes, onions, herbs with special balti sauce.
Spicy, fairly hot, cooked with fresh green chillies, chopped onions, tomatoes & green peppers, fresh coriander cooked in special sauce.
All-time favourite dish, made from the tandoori selection with our very own special sauce, medium to slightly hot taste, cooked with onions, mixed peppers & garnished with tomatoes & coriander, cooked in a cast iron dish (karahi).
